We hope the content you find on Agua (hereinafter "Company", "we" or "our") is very useful and entertaining. The purpose of Agua is to provide tools that facilitate the development and deployment of technology around the world. Within our platform you will find a wide number of functionalities and services that seek to simplify the creation and materialization of the thousands of ideas that humanity produces on a day-to-day basis.
Before starting to use any of the Services, we recommend that you carefully read this Terms and Conditions of Use policy. Remember that these Terms and Conditions of Use apply to both visitors and registered or possibly registered users.

Our service
For the use of our Services, you expressly agree to have read and accepted our Terms and Conditions of Use. When you do not agree with our Terms and Conditions, it is preferable not to use our Services.
Authentication

The authentication process is done through our website (www.agua.dev) and once done, the person responsible for the account will be in charge of the confidentiality of the account and password used. You agree that everything that happens within your account will be your responsibility.
The Company's Services are intended for use by persons who are at least 18 years of age. If you are not of the required age, we will assume that the registration was made with the consent of your legal representative. This policy of course does not supersede the laws of each government. That is why the minimum age is determined by the regulations of each country from where the Services are used, and compliance with the corresponding regulation is strictly necessary. Not doing so is a direct violation of our Terms and Conditions of Use.
If you create an account in your name or in the name of a company, you are automatically taking responsibility for what you post in your name or in the name of your company.

License
The Company grants a use license to each user that is limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable. Obtaining the license will be subject to the corresponding authentication of each User and will have the duration determined in the plan chosen for use of the Services.
User Content and Proprietary Rights
We respect the proprietary rights of others. If you are the owner of the property rights or are legally in charge of the property rights over the work of a third party and you see that your rights are being violated by someone unknown to you, please send us an email to take action.
The content created, shared or exported under the license granted is the property of each User and therefore we recommend that you use verifiable information in authentication.
It is very important to clarify that even if you are the owner of some content, other users can use your assets if you are on a free version of Agua. The exclusivity of your content is granted when you paid for one of our plans. And in this case, you will have the option to share it by selling it in our platform.
The content of the Services offered by any means, whether digital or physical, as well as the interests, all rights and titles, belong solely and exclusively to the Company (Agua).
Agua takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any User Content that you or any other User or third party posts, sends, or otherwise makes available over the Services. You are solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of making it available on the Services, and you agree that we are only acting as a passive conduit for your User Content. You understand and agree that you may be exposed to User Content that is inaccurate, objectionable, inappropriate for children, or otherwise unsuited to your purpose, or that may go against your principles, and you agree that Company shall not be liable for any damages you allege to incur as a result of or relating to any User Content.
Services paid and free versions
Some of our services may be free for an indefinite duration, free for a certain duration, may have some type of price that is payable on a recurring basis, or may require a one-time payment, but not limited to these mentioned examples.
In any case, the payment of any service or the use of the Services that are free of charge, give an express consent that you accept the price conditions and billing details.
In the event that the Company makes updates on the Services offered, you may have access to the updates even if the payment for the Services was prior to the updates. The duration of the Services will always be limited to the type of service and billing details.
In the event that there is any inconsistency between the service offered, or the user has a reason for which the payment is not justified, or a double payment was made, the user must write to us to begin the verification process. Our main objective is that you enjoy the contracted services.
For a better user experience, our paid Services are renewed automatically, so we recommend saving the billing dates to avoid inconvenience. It is important to keep in mind that our rates are in US dollars (unless otherwise stated) and payments are made through payment gateways offered by third parties. The non-payment of the renewal in the subscription gives us the right to suspend the account without prior notice at any time after the period that has already been paid.
Billing, correspondence, commissions, free space, user's right to payment, company's rights to any payment, sales by third parties (regardless of who sells the license), any use is governed by these Terms and Conditions of Use.
Prohibitions
The Use of the Company's Services must always be under the corresponding regulation, therefore, use contrary to compliance with the laws is a prohibited activity.
Any intended use that alters, disables, interferes with, or otherwise misuses the Company Services is prohibited activity.
Share individual accounts.
Attempt to enter or access a third party account, unless you have express and documented consent.
Attempt to alter, disable, interfere with, or otherwise attempt to malfunction the Services to third parties using the Services.
Delete or try to delete any information related to copyright, watermarks, restrictions and indications of property rights.
Take any action that involves an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on the infrastructure of the Services, the Agua systems or the networks connected to the Services, or in any way interfere with or interrupt the operation of any of the Services, or the servers or networks that host or make them available, or disobey the requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of such servers or networks.
Upload to our services any virus, such as, but not limited to these examples, web bug, spyware or malware. Or any other code or element whose purpose is to negatively affect any asset of Agua, its users, its clients, or any third party with which it has or may have a relationship.
Contract period and termination
This contract does not have a defined termination date. Therefore, the User may terminate the contract at the time of abandoning the use of the Company's Services, or the Company could unilaterally terminate the contract at any time in which there is a violation of the Terms and Conditions of Use of the Services.
The Company will at any time have the power to decide on the granting of the necessary permits for the use of the Services by Users. The violation of the Terms and Conditions is just cause to determine indefinitely the access to the Services by the User or Users who commit any violation.
Disclaimer
The Services are offered as they are or as they are available at the moment, so the Company is not responsible for the differences between the expectations that users or potential users have about the use, operation or any other attribute of the Services. offered, and the current reality of the Services.
The risk for use of the Services is borne by each user.
